Each October, Vickie's Angel Foundation holds a walk to raise money to help families fighting cancer by providing a temporary financial bridge. One hundred percent of all funds raised go directly to help families in need.

there for families in their time of need.
In a time unlike any other in our lifetime, Vickie’s Angel Foundation hasn’t missed a beat. While taking all necessary safety precautions during the pandemic, there hasn’t been a day when we were unable to respond to a call for help. Cancer never takes a break and neither does Vickie’s Angel Foundation. That’s why we’re asking that each team try to raise a minimum of $2,000 each.
If you can’t join us in New Cumberland, simply Walk Where You Are! Register to walk and raise funds but hold your walk at work, school, church or home. Whether there are 5, 50 or 150 of you, you can make it fun and 100% of what you raise goes to local families suffering from cancer.
Map out a place to walk indoors or out. Make it fun, make it silly, make it yours! Then walk where you are by October 8, 2022. Every dollar counts! Even if you can’t participate in a walk, you can donate and get your friends to donate too!
Recognize Your Loved Ones
Again this year we are offering a 16 x 24 inch sign that will be placed along the walk path in New Cumberland Borough Park. The cost of the sign is $20 and can be taken home after the walk. Send us your payment by check and the completed form linked at the top of the page no later than September 24.
It's All About Teams
Teams are one of the secrets to Vickie's Angel Foundation and our signature event, Vickie’s Angel Walk. Normally, they have lost a loved one to cancer and want to help. They like the fact that all the money they raise goes to local families. It can even go to a family they know.
Over the years, teams have organized different events, including dances, golf outings, scrapbooking, basket bingo, motorcycle and train rides, etc. The key is there are so many ways to do this, have fun, feel good about what you are doing, and help families fighting cancer.
What a thrill it is when families release three doves representing Love, Faith and Hope and tell their stories at the walk.

Once you create your Team page, invite others to join. They will have the option to select your Team Name when they set up their Fundraising page.
