AFFORDABLE CONNECTIVITY PROGRAM   (877) 384-2575  The Affordable Connectivity Program is a Federal Communications Commission (FCC) benefit program that helps ensure that households can afford the broadband they need for work, school, healthcare and more. The benefit provides a discount of up to $30 per month toward internet service for eligible households. Eligible households can also receive a one-time discount of up to $100 to purchase a laptop, desktop computer, or tablet from participating providers if they contribute more than $10 and less than $50 toward the purchase price.  Print application from website or call for more info.

EMERGENCY RENTAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (ERAP)  Rental assistance through thePenna Department of Human Services. Apply online (click on your county) or call the DHS Helpline at 1-800-692-7462.

LIHEAP  Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program through PA Dept of Human Services. Helps families living on low income pay their heating bills in the form of a one-time cash grant to the utility company/fuel provider.  Grants range from $500 to $1500 based on specific criteria.
