Every day, Vickie’s Angel Foundation steps in for families facing the financial strain of cancer. When Christina Green was diagnosed with two separate forms of breast cancer in 2024, she suddenly found herself unable to work while undergoing treatment. As a single mom fighting to hold her household together, the risk of losing her home became very real. Thanks to community support, we were able to cover her mortgage temporarily, giving her the stability she needed to focus on healing. Stories like Christina’s reflect the heart of our mission: easing the financial burden for local families so they can stay in their homes during the hardest moments of their lives.
